Arsenal vs Blackpool

Tottenham

Spurs will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing first-leg defeat in Switzerland and show more of the kind of form that took them to a 2-1 win at Stoke on Saturday.

Having been 3-0 down to the Swiss side inside half an hour last week, Spurs will need to play much better at home in this Tottenham vs Young Boys Bern fixture if they are to reach the promised land of the Champions League groups stage.

The win over Stoke was not without its problems, however, as the London side were forced to play with just one fit striker.

Peter Crouch was the only available goal-getter on the day with Jermain Defoe, Robbie Keane and Roman Pavlyuchenko all missing through injury. In spite of this, it was Gareth Bale who saved the day for the Spurs, with his brilliant two-goal brace.

Indeed Stoke should have secured a draw as Jon Walters' late header seemed to have crossed the line for the hosts, but for the officials' inability to call it correctly.

Manager Harry Redknapp will be hoping that the likes of Defoe, Keane, Giovani and Modric will be back in time for Wednesday's vital European clash.

Young Boys Bern

The Swiss side, without the benefit of the artificial pitch that arguably caused Tottenham problems at the start of the first leg, will do well to get anything out of this Spurs vs Young Boys match.

Captain and goalkeeper Wolfli and experienced international Christoph Spycher will need to marshall their defence well to keep the score down.

The impressive side reached this play-off round after an Henri Bienvenu away goal earned the Swiss side a victory over Turkish side, Fenerbahce.

Football Match Prediction

The hosts, angry to have found themselves 3-0 down at once stage in the first leg, are sure to want to out things right quickly on Wednesday.

Much as their opponents did in the first match, Spurs will look to catch Young Boys on the hop and put the tie beyond doubt.

With their attacking stars back to full fitness, it's impossible to believe in anything other than a convincing home win, and a berth in the 2010/11 Champions League competition for Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham - Young Boys Prediction: Spurs 3 - 0 Young Boys Bern
